四川省高校阳光体育运动开展现状与对策研究

运用问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对四川省高校实施阳光体育运动的现状进行调查分析。研究认为：高校体育工作的重心由体育课堂教学向全面开展阳光体育运动的方向逐步转变，培养学生主动、自主、经常性地进行体育锻炼，才有可能有效地提高大学生的健康素质。基于这一认识，结合四川省高校开展阳光体育面临的主要问题，提出建议性对策：（1）加强阳光体育理论研究，提高认识；（2）阳光体育与体育教学相结合，实施课内外一体化体育俱乐部教学模式；（3）优化师资配备，加大体育经费投入，以满足体育课和课外体育社团、体育俱乐部的需要。

Present Situation and Countermeasures of College Sunshine Sports Project in Sichuan Province

The result of analysing the present situation of Sichuan college students’ participation in doing sports by questionnaire survey,researching documents shows that the core of teaching P.E.in colleges has been moved from teaching methods to full Sunshine Sports.Only by cultivating students to do regular physical excercises actively can it be possible to improve students’physical quality.Based on this point,constructive countermeasures are put forward according to the main problems of Sunshine Sports in Sichuan’s colleges: dirst,enhancing the theory research and deepening the understanding;second,combining Sunshine Sports and P.E.teaching,and implementing the sports club mode which is involved both in and out of class;third,strengthening the ranks of teachers,and increasing the investment for sports to meet the need of P.E.course,P.E.community and sports clubs.
