| 摘 要： | 加强四川高校师资队伍建设,尤其是青年师资队伍建设是高校带有战略性的根本任务,也是提高四川高等教育质量的新课题。为了了解和把握四川高校青年教师队伍的现状,对四川高校青年教师的工作生活思想状况进行了调查与分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the teaching staff construction in the universities of Sichuan province,especially young teachers team construction,is the basic strategic task,as well as a new topic of raising the quality of Sichuan higher education.In order to understand and grasp the young teachers’ present situation in Sichuan universities,this paper investigates and analyzes the young teachers’ mental conditions of work and life in Sichuan universities,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
