以"三创"为核心构建高校职业指导课程体系

摘    要:构建以“三创”为核心的高校职业指导课程体系,是创建和谐社会、改革高校人才培养模式、实现毕业生长期职业发展的必然要求。其指导思想是有效帮助学生及时就业、顺利就业、满意就业、稳定就业,帮助学生实现职业生涯的长远发展。基本原则是全面性原则、发展性原则、服务性原则、实践性原则。在具体的课程设置中,应从课堂教学、课外辅导、课程考核、效果评价等方面予以考虑。

Abstract:The construction of curriculum system for professional guidance by "three kinds of innovation" in higher education institution is the necessary requirement of creating harmonious society,reforming talents cultivation model and achieving long-term professional development of graduates.The guideline is that help students to be employed timely,smoothly,satisfactorily and stablely,and achieve long-term career development.Basic principles are:comprehensive principle,developing principle,serving principle and practice principle.the material curriculum setup should pay attention to classroom teaching,assistant outside classroom teaching,evaluation of curriculum and evaluation of effect,etc.
