群众体育资源配置及服务体系构建实践研究——以江苏省常州市为例

以常州市群众体育资源配置及服务体系建设现状为个案进行研究,得出：该市群众体育资源在数量、质量、结构等方面的配置不断优化升级,已基本实现了全民健身中心和公共体育设施建设的“四级覆盖”.但还存在以下不足：城乡体育资源配置欠均衡;现有资源开放利用率不够充分;大量潜力资源尚待挖掘等,并针对性地提出相应策略.

Empirical Research of Mass Sports Resource Allocation and Service System

The paper studies the current mass sports resource allocation and service system in Changzhou city. The research findings reveal that the quantity, quality and structure of the mass sports resource in Changzhou city have improved continuously and the four-level mass health keeping center and public sports facilities have realized. However, there are problems, such as the lack of balance of urban and rural sports resource allocation, inadequate exploration of current resource and lack of potential resouree. The paper also proposes countermeasures.
