摘    要:以L-半胱氨酸为稳定剂,在水相中合成了水溶性CuS纳米晶,通过XRD、TME对该纳米粒径进行分析,并研究了CuS纳米晶与牛白蛋白相互作用时荧光吸收光谱的变化情况.结果表明:合成的CuS纳米晶近似呈球形,有轻微的团聚现象,粒径集中分布的范围较宽,约60~90 nm;CuS纳米晶与生物大分子作用后荧光发射强度减弱,并且随着蛋白质用量的增加而出现相应的减色效应.

Abstract:A water-soluble CuS nanocrystals was synthesized by the L-cysteine as stabilizer in the aqueous phase. The CuS particles were characterized by XRD and TEM,and studied on the interaction between CuS nanocrystals and bovine serum albumin of fluorescence Absorption spectrum change. The experimental results show that the functionalized CuS nanocrystals were almost spherical,particle agglomerates of lightness,unequigranular and the sizes were in the range of 60-90 nm.
