| 摘 要： | 针对目前煤矿安全生产的严峻形势和事故损失现状,就现代煤矿企业的安全管理模式与手段、安全管理方法及矿山安全管理的作用特性进行了分析探讨,指出建立一个科学、系统、全面的煤矿安全管理体系的必要性.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the austere situation of safety production and the actuality of accident losing in modem mines, the paper does a deep research on the mode, means and methyl of safety management, and characters of safety management in modem mine. Then it points out it is necessary to establish a scientific, systemic and comprehensive system of safety management in coal mines. |
