| 摘 要： | 通过调研,指出近几年农民收入增长缓慢的问题突出,给农民生活、农业生产、农村经济乃至整个国民经济全局造成了不利影响。提出农民要增收,应坚持标本兼治,从农业结构调整、农村剩余劳动力转移、减轻农民负担等方面积极采取对策。

| Abstract: | In recentyears,the problemof slow peasants' incomeincreasebecamemore and more serious, bringingmuch unfavourableimpactto the livingof the peasants,agriculturalproduction,economyof ruralarea and even the growth of nationaleconomy.This situationrequiresmuch attention.To solve this problem effectively,active measuresshouldbe takenin adjustingagriculturalstructure,transferthe excessiverural manpower,and reducepeasants' burden. |
