内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与原发性高血压关系的研究进展

摘    要:内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)是一氧化氮(NO)合成的限速酶,NO 是外周与中枢神经系统的神经递质,在心血管系统具有维持血管张力,调节血压等功能.一旦 eNOS 突变,NO 生成不足,即可引起高血压.文章对 eNOS 基因 G894T、T786C 和27 bpVNTR 的多态性与原发性高血压关系的研究进展作一综述.

Abstract:Endothelial nitricoxide synthase(eNOS) is a rate-limiting enzyme of the synthesizing of NO.NO is the neurotransmitter between peripheral nerve and central nerve system with the ability of maintaining the tension of blood vessels and regulateing blood pressure.The mutation of eNOS will result in less synthesizing of NO which can rouse hypertension.This article makes the summarization of research progress of the relationship between the polymorphism of three kinds of eNOS gene and the essential hypertension.
