| 摘 要： | 唐玄宗时期对契丹、奚两蕃采取怀柔政策，以争取蕃兵势力增强幽州节度在东北的防御实力，导致幽州节度下的蕃族势力扩大。同时因朝廷边镇互相制约需要，使幽州节度势力扩展获得了机会。在这两个因素影响下幽州节度势力迅速膨胀。

| Abstract: | Emperor Xuan Zong of the Tang Dynasty adopted a policy of control through conciliation on Qidan and the aborigines of two vassal states to strive for the aborigines forces to strengthen defense strength of Youzhou governorship in northeast China. At the same time because of the imperial government＇ s constraint to northwest border towns, Youzhou Governor had chance to expand its influence. This has led to the excessive expansion of the governor＇ s influence in the prefecture of Youzhou. |
