| Abstract: | This article focuses on the industrial layout and the development vision which are based on the combination of Jin Yi city new city construction planning, Howard/s ＂garden city＂ theory as well as the modern ＂wisdom city＂ theory and Jin Yi urban blocks in agricultural industry characteristics and resource distribution. Then the cultural landscape, the modern city, and the new rural construction of the relevant measures are targeted put forward. |
