高职院校拔尖人才培养平台建设探索

＂钱学森之问＂掀起了拔尖人才培养的热潮。作为我国高等教育的一部分,高职院校也应该不断探索拔尖人才培养的路径和模式。高职院校应该依据国家教育方针,重视高素质技能型人才培养,为人才成长提供良好环境,搭建起文化平台、资源信息平台、竞赛平台、校企合作平台和创业平台,形成平台系统,注重营造成才氛围,充分发挥环境＂润物细无声＂的育人功能,促进拔尖人才迅速成长。

On Construction of Top Talents Training Platform in Higher Vocational Colleges

＂Qian Xuesen＇s Question＂ sets off a craze for top-notch talent cultivation. As a part of China＇s higher education, higher vocational colleges should also explore talents training path and mode. According to the national education policy,higher vocational colleges should attach importance to the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents, and provide a good environment for the growth of talent, build a culture platform,resource and information platform,competition platform,school-enterprise cooperation platform and a platform for starting a business. Consequently, the platform system comes into being. The colleges should strive to create an atmosphere of becoming talents,and give full play to the educational function of ＂moistening things silently＂ to promote the rapid growth of the top-notch talents.
