印花税是我国证券市场主要的税种,其主要作用是调整证券市场的行为。本文主要用实证的方法研究证券市场的印花税税率变动对市场的影响。结果是印花税税率的调整对深市和沪市的指数有波动性作用,但是效果有限。

A Practical Analysis on the Stamp Tax of Security Markets in Our Country to Security Markets Affection

The stamp tax is one of the most important tax items in security markets of our country. Its main function is to affect the behavior in the security market. This article aims to show how the change of the rate of the stamp tax affect the security markets and the main method is to use the one-way ANOVA. The result shows that the reducing of the stamp tax rate induced the volatility of the market,but its effect is limited.
