| Abstract: | Many factors influence the development of web-based education. We can analyze the differences of the development of web-based education between China and other countries from six aspects: culture, government support, infrastructure, technology level, medium content and enterprise combination. Through the comparison, we should learn the excellent ideas and technology from other countries to accelerate the development of web-based education in China. |
