大学生“就业难”的关键是人格与社会不适应

摘    要:文章对大学生“就业难”的现象进行了现实分析,介绍了就业者应具有的职业人格和社会人格(大五人格)的标准和要求,认为大学生就业不仅要关注职业人格,还要注重建立健全个体的社会人格,这样才能符合社会发展对大学生就业的人格标准和要求,才能摆脱“就业难”的困境。

Abstract:The essay analyzes the phenomenon that the college grads have difficulty finding a job, expounds the professional personality a job-hunter should possess and the standard and requirements of social personality (Big Five), suggesting that the grads looking for a job should be concerned not only with the professional personality, but also with the establishment of the social personality of an individual, thereby to meet the requirements of the social development and extricate themselves from the present difficult position.
