论1949－1964年我军军事训练转变的历史经验

20世纪50年代初期到60年代中期，根据我军正规化、现代化的需要，为实现军事训练从战争时期的应急性训练向和平时期正规化训练的转变，中央军委积极贯彻以毛泽东为首的党中央关于军队现代化、正规化建设思想，务。后确立了军事训练的基本方针、原则和制度，制定了统一的训练大纲，以及各种军事务令、条例、教范和教程，并在全军开展了持续性大规模练兵，有力地促进军事训练的深入发展。

An Analysis of the Historical Experience in the Military Training's Transformation of Chinese Army(1949-1964)

Between the early 50's and the middle 60's of the 20th century,the military training primary mission was realized the military training transformation which from the emergency training in the war time to the standard training in the peace time.According to the demand of the standard training,the Central Military Comission positively implemented the CPC's theories about the construction of the modern and the standard army.The Central Military Commission successively established the basic policy,principle and the system,and formulated the unified training program,as well as each kind of military regulations,rules,manuals and courses,which had realized the transformation from the emergency training to the standard training and powerfully promoted a thorough develoment of Chinese army.
