The factors influencing the working women participating in the recreational sports privately run enterprises in Zhujiang delta include lack of correct motives,role conflicts and anticipation of sex,insufficient education,lack of sports facilities,lack of scientific instructions,traditional inequality of sex,lack of attention paid to the sports by the working women.The paper proposes the countermeasures including promotion of nation-wide finess program in the privately run enterprises,establishing the innovative management system on the enterprises,allocating more recreational sports facilities,and improving the sports social instructor system.
