| Abstract: | Based on the example of Suihua, the author makes a systematic analysis of concrete impact that financial crisis have on commodity grain production base in north from eight aspect, explains the approach, degree and trend of influence, presents the opportunity in face of crisis, and proposes that we should firmly believe and deal with calmly; highlights characteristics and betters main advantage, deepen reform and enhances drive-force; strengthens the base and develops continuously, acts constructively and solve hard nuts to crack.. |
