| 摘 要： | 大力发展循环经济,是全面贯彻科学发展观的必然要求和生动体现。与传统经济相比,循环经济有自身的特点和优势。要以科技进步为支撑,以转换机制为动力,以开发推广循环技术为重要环节,以形成资源节约的经济增长为根本途径,以倡导节约型消费方式为重要保证,积极推进循环经济的发展,把资源型和环境友好型社会建设落到实处,努力实现我国经济社会的全面协调可持续地发展。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of circulation economy embodies the comprehensive accomplishment of scientific development.Compared with traditional economy,circulation economy has its own distinguishing features and advantages.Its development can be promoted through technological change,switching mechanism,expanding circulation technology,saving resources and economical consumption in order to establish a resource-saving type and harmony-environment type society and fulfill the all-round and sustainable development of China's economic society. |
