学前教育专业男生女性化现象心理透视

摘    要:在男性幼儿教师严重匮乏的现状下,学前教育专业的男生普遍存在性格女性化的倾向。究其原因,性别压力大、职业规划不明确、课程设置和教学方式的女性化等影响着学前教育专业的男生的心理。学前教育专业类学校要强化对男生心理的教育和疏导,男性特质的塑造,还原他们的男儿本色,以促进我国学前教育事业和谐、健康地发展。

Abstract:Facing the serious short of male preschool teachers, the male students of preschool education are universally showing a tendency tinged with feminization. Pressure related to gender, unclear planning of occupation, feminization in course design and teaching methods contribute to the male students mentality. It is suggested that schools with the major of preschool education strengthen their masculine psychological education and guidance, the shaping of boys" male characteristics, thus bringing their macho traits back to promote the development of the cause of preschool education in a harmonious and healthy way.
