| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法,探寻影响青少年运动员训练积极性的若干因素。结果发现,各因素的影响程度不一;其中,物质条件、竞赛环境和文化学习是较为主要的因素。

| Abstract: | In the present paper,the investigations have been conducted by questionnaire and the results show that there are mainly ten factors which influence the teenage athletes' training initiative at present. But the influence degree of each factor is not the same. Therefore,the authors point out the factors of the material condition,contest condition and educational level would be the important ones. |
