Exploration and Research on the Running Mechanism of College English Network Self-study Center

The reform of college English teaching mode requires that students should have individualized study methods and the ability to carry out self-study. College English network self-study center is established in response to this mode. With the development of multimedia and network technology, how to improve the open service becomes an important topic.
