增强高中生创新能力培养刍议

本文对我国教育改革提出了一些自己的看法,主张去掉某些计划管理的方法,恢复市场经济之上的上层建筑本性;主张学习美国等发达国家的经验,普及扬长教育的理念;主张改革招生制度,还招生权于大学;并运用综合评价学生素质的办法破除“分数至上”的弊端;主张学生参与志愿服务活动,并与升学挂钩。

On Enhancing the Cultivation of High School Students'Innovative Ability

This paper puts forward some views on the educational reform of our country,advocates abandoning some methods of planned management and restoring the superstructure nature above the market economy.It also argues that we should learn from the experience of developed countries such as the United States to popularize the concept of good qualities development education.In addition,this study believes that it is necessary to reform the enrollment system,give enrollment rights back to universities,and use the method of comprehensive evaluation of students'quality to eliminate the disadvantages of“score first”concept.Finally,this research advocates students'participation in voluntary service activities and links this with higher education.
