| 摘 要： | 在快速发展的现代社会,对人才的需求逐渐由单一人才模式转变成了对复合型人才的需求。而针对现代社会对人才的渴求形势,以培养实用型人才为主要目标的民办高校,自然也要相应地转变自身的培养方案和培养模式,使其能够与日新月异的社会相接轨,让学生在毕业之后,能够花费较少的时间与精力去适应社会。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern society,the demand for talents has gradually changed from the single talent model to compound talents.In view of the situation of modern society's desire for talents,the private colleges and universities,which aim to cultivate practical talents,naturally also need to change their own training programs accordingly,so that their training mode can be in line with the changing society,and that students can spend less time and energy to adapt to society after graduation. |
