摘    要:创造力的培养是素质教育的一个核心问题,影响学生创造力发展的因素是多方面的,而目前教育的方式对于学生创造力的培养还有一定的制约。教师应该转变待人观念,采取更新的教育教学理念,提高教学水平,优化教学方法,重视实践活动等措施来加强学生思维训练,促进学生创造力的发展。结合该作者多年教学实践经验,以汽车维修专业课教学理念和方法为例,对学生创造力的培养进行了探讨。

Abstract:Cultivating creativity is a core issue of quality education.There are various factors affecting the development of students'creativity,and the current way of education still restricts the cultivation of students'creativity.Teachers should change the concept of treating people,take new educational and teaching ideas,improve the teaching level,optimize teaching methods,attach importance to practical activities and other measures to strengthen students'thinking training and promote the development of students'creativity.This paper probes into the cultivation of students'creativity on the basis of practical teaching experience of the courses in automobile maintenance major.
