| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法，对拓展运动的起源与发展、社会功能价值进行阐释，结合当前高校体育教学改革的实际需求，针对如何在高职院校开展拓展运动进行了理性探讨，旨在为促进广州高职院校体育教学的良性发展贡献自己的绵薄之力。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and expert interview, this paper makes analysis on origins and development, social function of outward development.Combining with actual needs of current reform of college physical education, the development of outward training is discussed.The main purpose is to promote the sound development of Guangzhou vocational college’ s physical education. |
