| 摘 要： | 大学阶段是大学生职业理想由尝试期向现实期转变的阶段,也是加强文化修养的重要阶段。崇高的职业理想不仅能唤起大学生的从业、创业热情,更是激发他们求知成才,不断加强文化修养的强大动力。深厚的文化修养是树立崇高职业理想的前提,也是实现崇高职业理想的必要保障。职业理想和文化修养在大学生的学习成长过程中相互影响,相互促进,协调发展。两者的协调发展,有利于大学生和谐的个人发展,也有利于他们在以后的职业生涯中“胜任工作并充分享受工作的快乐”,更有利于促进社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | College is a period that students attempt to and then realize their career ideal,it is also an important time to enforce their cultural cultivation.Sublime career ideal can not only arouse their enthusiasm in job finding or pioneering but also a strong power in stimulating their thirst for knowledge and strengthening their cultural sense,while solid cultural cultivation is the prerequisite of career establishment and its necessary guarantee.So the two are mutually affected and constructed.Their harmonious development is beneficial to the students,their careers,and the society. |
