| 摘 要： | 以广州大学城2005级大学生为研究对象，通过问卷和访谈的形式，对当前大学生存在的心理压力问题和大学生获取心理援助的内容、方式，以及对象的选择等问题进行了调查分析，提出了改善高校心理健康教育和咨询工作的建议。

| Abstract: | Students of the year 2005 in Guangzhou University Town are involved by means of answering questions on questionnaires or being interviewed to collect information about the following aspects: the psychological pressure college students have;the ways they seek psychological counselling and the problems concerned,the people they choose to consult with and the sex of the consultant they prefer.Some suggestions on how to improve the situation are put forward. |
