| 摘 要： | 适时管理法(Just In Time/JIT)从产生到现在经历了约半个世纪的时间,也从最初仅应用于日本的丰田汽车公司逐渐推广应用到全世界多个国家的不同行业,并一度取得辉煌的成就.然而,JIT这种方法却一直未能在某个国家的各个行业或各个国家某个行业领域内普及.本文将回顾和比较JIT的发展和在各国的应用,并结合中国的实际情况来分析实行JIT的利弊及应用前景.

| Abstract: | The method of Just In Time is an advanced manufacturing operating system, which has been successfully put into practice for about 50 years from the first beginning in TOYOTA, Japan to now in many other countries in the world. However, JIT hasn't been popularized in all the industries of a whole country or in one industry all over the world. In this paper, the author will review and compare the applications of JIT and analyze the future of JIT in China. |
