| 摘 要： | 为了提高教育资源的利用效率、提高教育质量,中国民办高校已经在管理和经营方面形成了自己的特色。随着竞争的不断加剧,民办高校运用系统论等相关理论开始了经营管理方面的新探索。不断创新、不断改善经营管理,是民办高校提高内部资源利用效率、实现可持续发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the efficiency in the use of educational resources and the quality of education,private universities in China have formed its own characteristics in the management and operation.With the growing competition,the private universities use a system theory to begin a new exploration of the management.Constant innovation and improving management is an inevitable choice for the private universities to improve the internal efficiency of resource use,and to achieve sustainable development. |
