| 摘 要： | 全球计算机产业中的ＯＥＭ经营模式由来已久，并成为亚洲计算机产业发展的显著特征。本文分析了ＯＥＭ模式盛行于计算机产业的原因，在把握计算机产业发展趋势的基础上，结合几家典型ＯＥＭ企业的实践，概括出ＯＥＭ企业发展的四个环节，即资源评价、资源积累、资源平衡和资源升级，以有助于亚洲计算机产业的进一步发展

| Abstract: | The OEM business mode in the global computer industry has prevailed for a long time and become a distinct feature of the Asian computer industry.This paper analyzes why the OEM mode exists and explores successful OEM practices in the computer industry.Based on the developmental trends of the computer industry,four steps,that is,evaluating,accumulating,balancing,and upgrading resources are summed up and supposed to be conducive to Asian companies doing OEM business. |
