Beginning Research on the Application of the QFD and CE in the Enterprise Technological Innovation

The inconvergence of the technology and the market is the key problem in the activities of the enterprise technelogical innovation.The quality can be their channel because of its importance and generality to the operation of a firm.The Quality Function Development(QFD) and the Concurrent Engineering (CE) founded on the quality concept proved effective on decreasing the developing cost,the developing schedule and satisfying the demand,so they have a widen prospect of application.To expect the concrete instruction for the enterprise technological innovation,the paper analyzed the management philosophy and the methods of the QFD and the CE and developed their application mechanism in the enterprise technological innovation.
