目标定向在领导领域中的研究评述与展望

摘    要:目标定向在组织领域的研究已成为当今学术界的研究热点。对近年来国内外目标定向在领导领域的研究进行了综述。首先对目标定向的相关概念进行概述,归纳和总结了目标定向在"领导者视角"、领导——成员交换中的研究,以及他们对工作绩效的影响,最后提出现有研究的现实意义并对未来的研究作了展望。

Abstract:Goal orientation has become the focus in the organization research. The primary purpose of this paper was to review the recent literature on the application of goal orientation theory to leadership domain. The concepts of goal orientation were briefly introduced at first; then individual's goal orientation in the leader-focused, leader-member exchange research and their effects on the job performance were concluded and summarized; finally, the practical significance and future prospects of the research on goal orientation in leadership domain were presented.
