从韵书的发展看“平水韵”的命运

文章从韵书的产生引出其“科举考试”和“写诗押韵”的双重社会功用后，指出因这两项功用而导致韵书发展中出现了进步和保守的两种倾向，这两种倾向进而又导致两系韵书发展的不同结果，从而得出“平水韵”的社会功用早已不复存在，最后得出“平水韵”为人所宗的观点可以休矣的结论。

On the Fate of "Ping Shui Rhyme" from the Development of "Rhyming Dictionary"

The paper describes the origination of ＂Rhyming Dictionary＂ and its double social functions——＂imperial examination＂ and ＂rhymes of poems＂ which led to positive and conservative trends in the historical development of ＂Rhyming Dictionary＂ and later the two trends produced two different results. Accordingly, the paper makes a conclusion that the social functions of ＂Ping Shui rhyme＂ have long been lost and such point of view could be abandoned that ＂Ping Shui rhyme＂ has to be used when a poem is written.
