构建和谐教育的理性思考

和谐社会对教育的本质要求是,坚持教育优先发展,构建和谐教育体系,大力促进教育公平,全面推进素质教育,实现人的全面发展。要解决好教育发展面临的矛盾和难点,包括择校问题、高考改革问题、贫困生问题、农民工子女入学问题、乱收费问题、投入问题,等等。而解决好这些问题,必须处理好普及与提高、职业教育与普通教育、数量与质量、发展与改革等关系。
