| 摘 要： | 用分形理论对汽车变速齿轮箱振动信号进行处理，提取齿轮箱振动信号的分形维数，发现分形维数能够反映齿轮的磨损规律，可以对齿轮的磨损进行预测。同时试验研究了齿轮在磨损过程中振动信号分形维数的变化规律。结果表明：分形维数的变化与齿轮的磨损相吻合。

| Abstract: | By means of fractal theory the vibration signal of gearbox was analyzed and the fractal dimension of the vibration signal was extracted. It was found that the fractal dimension could be used to predict the wear of gear. The variation law of fractal dimension in the whole course of gear wear was also experimentally studied,the results of which showed that the variation of fractal dimension coincided with the wear of gear. |
