| 摘 要： | 探讨了西部大开发中的生态伦理问题，认为倡导生态伦理是西部大开发的内在要求，是西部大开发主体实线的行为规范。生态伦理可以消除生态危机的发生和防止生态环境进一步恶化，有利于西部地区经济的可持续发展。
