| 摘 要： | 公司登记的效力取决于公司登记的目的和性质.公司登记的主要目的在于公示公司的信息,以维护交易安全和迅捷.公司登记就其性质而言是一种行政确认行为.创设效力、活动效力、对抗效力构成了公司登记效力的内容.公司登记的效力不仅体现在其设立期间,在公司的变更和注销期间也同样有效,并对公司产生很大的影响.

| Abstract: | The effectiveness of company registering lies with the aim and character of the company. The major aim of company registering is to publicize the information of the company and thus protect the security and convenience of doing business with other partners. Company registering is in itself a conduct of administrative affirmance. The effectiveness of company registering, including establishment effectiveness, activity effectiveness and countermine effectiveness, is in effect throughout the whole development of the company and makes a great impact on it. |
