酉阳生态旅游业快速发展的成绩与问题——兼及构建"渝湘黔"生态旅游区的思考

酉阳重视生态旅游开发,取得一系列成就的同时,工作中存在的问题是应该认真研讨的:诸如资源的重复开发、产品相对雷同;基础设施建设相对滞后,旅游交通体系尚未完善,旅游交通骨架网络尚未形成;旅游专业人才严重匮乏,管理水平滞后;政府思路与市场出现错位脱节等。相应的对策是明确的:把握国家宏观政策调控、西部大开发的机遇;转变经营策略,主动走近客源市场;选配好旅游干部职工队伍;建立大规划、大区域、大旅游概念;政府主导、社会参与、市场先导、招商引资,努力构建“渝湘黔”生态旅游区。

Achievements and problems in rapid development of Youyang ecological tourism industry——Thinking of constructing ecological tourism zones in Chongqing, Hunan and Guizhou

Although Youyang has made much progress in ecological tourism development,there still exist some problems which need to be attentively discussed.The problems are as follows: repeated development of resources and similar products,relatively backward infrastructure construction,incomplete tourism transportation systems,incomplete tourism transportation frame network,shortage of specialized tourism talents,backward management level,mal-operation of governmental ideas to market requirements and so on.The corresponding measures are to take the opportunities of macro-policy adjustment and western development,to change management ideas,to actively approach to customer market,to properly choose and assign tourism leaders,and to have the concept of tourism on a large scale.Therefore,the market-leading ecological tourism zones in Chongqing,Hunan and Guizhou should be constructed under the leadership of government,with participation of the whole society and attraction of investment.
