| 摘 要： | 随着金融业务的全球化,对金融专业人才的要求也发生了相应的变化。为适应这种变化,高职院校在培养金融人才中,要将课程体系的中心逐渐从宏观转向微观,逐渐从以银行为核心转向以金融市场为核心。同时要改革教学方法和考试制度,加强诚信教育。

| Abstract: | With financial business globalization,requirement for financial talents is also taking place corresponding changing.How to train high quality financial talents has become a key point for international competition.Higher vocational colleges should change curriculum centre from macrocosmic to microscopic and change from bank to market during training talents,and reform teaching method and test system to strengthen good faith education. |
