A Study of the Characteristic of Laoxue and it's Significance from Han-dynasty to the Six-dynasties

From han-dynasty to the Six-dynasties, Laoxue obtained an unprecedented prosperity, and it's development was particular and can be divided into several phases. In this period, Laoxue made tremendous influences upon culture and thinking of society that exceeds any period of aftertime, so that it constituted a relative independent time in the history of Laoxue. On the aspect of particularity, some evidence has been presented, such as large numbers of Laoxue' works published, pursuers and scholars coming from broad order, the forms of studying Laots diversified, and new explanations to Laots put forward constantly. From the hermeneutic point of view, the studying of Laoxue of this period is quite important in academic study.
