| 摘 要： | 晚清国力衰微,中国的海关制度发生重大变化。外籍税务司制度建立,中国的海关主权逐渐被外国列强所侵夺,这一制度在近代中国的发展经历了一个很长的过程,对中国的社会产生了深刻的影响。

| Abstract: | In the late Qing Dynasty,China was very weak,so China customs system had great changes.With the establishment of foreign controlled taxation and tariff system,China's customs sovereignty had been invaded by foreign powers,which had experienced a long progress in contemporary China development and had a profound influence upon China society. |
