| 摘 要： | 从高技术产业的内部结构入手,从发展战略的角度,研究如何通过产业结构的合理优化,来提升我国高技术产业的整体层次。同时,借鉴国际高技术产业发展的经验,提出一套高技术产业结构评价指标体系,作为衡量评价其发展水平的标准;并以此为依据,分析我国高技术产业结构的现状;最后分别从高技术产业的5个子行业入手,分析行业发展的优势,并提出未来的发展战略和措施建议。
