| 摘 要： | 教师的专业发展是当今教育界普遍关注的问题,由于来自教育内部与外部许多因素的影响,教师的专业发展还面临着诸如：知识底蕴缺乏、回避自我反思、缺乏内在动力和在职培训落后等亟待解决的问题.结合教学实际和教师发展水平提出行之有效的解决对策.

| Abstract: | Today,teachers' professional development is a problem that is commonly concerned by educational circles.Many factors from teachers' inside and outside influence teachers' professional development,so teachers' professional development face many problems such as short of knowledge,shy away ponder,lack of drive from themselves and bad system of teachers' education.It is very urgency to analyze these problems comprehensively and find a good measure. |
