| 摘 要： | 公诉程序在我国的立法和实践中都存在一定的问题。取消目前的庭前审查程序、建立证据展示制度、适度引入“辩诉交易”、实行公诉人当事人化、建立公诉变更制度、适当限制庭审案件的补充侦查是完善公诉程序的可行性对策。

| Abstract: | Prosecution procedure has some problems both in legislation and practice in our country. As for this, the paper suggests that the countermeasures to the problems are to cancel the present ex-trial examination procedure, to set up the evidence discovery system, to absorb ＂plea bargain＂ in some degree, to change the prosecutor＇s role as parties, to set up prosecution change system and to properly restrain the supplementary investigation of court trial case. |
