超声波法提取毛老虎茎中的挥发油

摘    要:利用超声波法提取毛老虎茎中的挥发油,并通过毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。经GC/MS分离检测,共分离鉴定出化学成分19个。首次运用超声波技术从毛老虎茎中提取挥发油,提取速度大大加快,收率提高。

Abstract:The volatile oil was extracted by ultrasonic technology,analyzed by capillary GC-MS method and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data,respectively.The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization.After GC/MS detecting,19 compounds were identified in total.Ultrasonic technology has been applied in volatile oil of Hyptis suaveolens(L.) piot.for the first time.
