| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、调查法和统计法,对我省田径运动可持续发展的意义、系统结构和制约因素等进行分析,提出黑龙江省田径运动可持续发展的战略:明确田径运动可持续发展的意义,加强政府的宏观调控,调整项目结构;加强田径人才队伍建设,加强法制;普及与提高并举;加快田径场地器材建设;加快我省田径运动职业化和产业化步伐,走市场化发展的道路。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review,interview investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the significance and restricted factors of sustainable development of athletics in Heilongjiang,puts forward developing strategy:definite the significance of sustainable development of athletics,strength the mechanism of macro-regulation and control of government,adjust the structure of events,strength the cultivation of talented athletes and the legal system,combine popularization with advancement,increase the hardware construction of athletics,push the athletics into market. |
