| 摘 要： | 学籍档案是学生在校期间的重要信息资源,它是学生毕业择业、用人单位核准毕业文凭、学习成绩的重要依据。为此,高校必须加强学籍档案管理。在管理过程中要根据学籍档案的特点,加强领导,明确责任,严格要求,科学分类,合理组卷。同时,还要加强计算机网络管理,真正发挥学籍档案的作用。

| Abstract: | Students' archives are their important information resource at universities;they are the important grounds for graduates to seek jobs,for work units to confirm students' diploma and their academic performance.Therefore,universities must strengthen the management of students' archives,clarify everybody's tasks,be strict with everybody,make scientific classifications,and strengthen web management to really exert the function of students' archives. |
