改革开放以来高校管理取得了显著成效。但随着形势的发展,新问题不断涌现,影响着和谐校园的建设,我们必须从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义高等教育新局面的全局出发,研究高校管理方面存在的问题,分析存在的原因,进而探索解决问题的对策,为构建和谐社会多做贡献。

Scientific Management of Universities from the Perspective of Harmonious Society

Since the reform and opening-up to the outside world,university management has achieved great progress.But with the development of the situations,many problems have emerged,hindering the harmonious campus construction.So we must,from the perspective of building well-off society and creating a new situation for socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics,analyze the reasons and further probe into the countermeasures to make contributions to constructing harmonious society.
