稳定维生素C源的提纯工艺研究

摘    要:L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯镁是-种稳定的维生素C衍生物,是维生素C转化的较好途径.通过改进合成反应的催化剂减少副产物使提纯工作简化.最佳提纯工艺条件为溶液pH值6.2,搅拌脱色最佳时间1.5h,最佳搅拌温度40℃.

Abstract:L - ascorbyl - 2 - phosphate magnesium is a steady ramification of vitamin C and is a good route for translation of vitamin C. We ameliorate the catalyzer by the way of synthesizing and reducing the outgrowth. The condition of optimization on purifying technics is that pH of solution is 6.2, the optimal time of milling and decoloring is 1.5 hours,and the temperature is 40 degrees centigrade.
