| 摘 要： | 本文将针对红塔区在开发利用水资源中所遇到的实质性问题 ,进行全面的综合分析 ,通过对有关资料和数据的剖析 ,找出该区开发利用水资源存在的实际问题 ,并提出一个解决其途径的初步方案 ,为今后水资源保护和合理开发利用提供参考依据
